Jon King from Michigan Advance is our guest this week, as he’s provided some outstanding coverage surrounding the controversy circling around Livingston County Sheriff, and MAGA Republican, Mike Murphy after he invited Dear Leader Trump to visit Howell a few weeks ago. And now, Sheriff Murphy learns how backing Trump gets you into nothing but trouble! And Jon talks about another story he published detailing the dark money forces funneling money to MAGA Michigan Supreme Court candidate Andrew Fink.

In this week’s “Last Call,” Pat covers another story by Michigan Advance’s Jon King, which describes how Michigan dropped to #31 in Oxfam’s “Best States To Work Index.” However, Michigan’s ranking may improve next year thanks to a recent Michigan Supreme Court ruling. And it’s strange how the states ranking dead-bottom are red states.
