Why did Trump visit the very town in which white supremacists marched through the downtown area just a month ago? Why did Livingston County Sheriff use government resources and time to host Trump? Why did “Florida” Mike Rogers, who’s the Republican U.S. Senate candidate, declare MAGA Republicans have the police’s back despite Dear Leader causing over 100 police officers to get injured on January 6th?

Christiana Reynolds joins the show to discuss her run for House District 108. Reynolds is the Democratic candidate for the seat, which is currently being held by MAGA Michigan Republican Dave Prestin. She’s been involved in U.P. politics for quite some time, including helping co-found Delta County Citizens for Ethical Leadership which led to the successful recall of three MAGA commissioners. Now, she’s trying bring a sense of normalcy back to the 108th by unseating Prestin, and introducing smart, progressive, and common sense policies to help the next generation of Yoopers.
